Owner new-lead notifications

This program sends recurring, transactional new-lead account notifications to authenticated LeadHold business account holders who separately opt in. Messages are branded as LeadHold and may include a brief sanitized, business-agnostic lead summary and a secure link to the specific lead. On its first valid use, the single-use link may securely sign the intended, active account holder in and open the authorized lead. The token is consumed and removed from the browser address; later use requires normal LeadHold authentication. Business and user permissions still apply, so another account cannot use the link to access that lead.

Messages exclude caller names, phone numbers, email addresses, street addresses, sensitive personal information, and the account holder's business identity. This program does not include marketing or promotional messages. Message frequency varies with lead activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

This program sends messages only to opted-in LeadHold business account holders. It does not enroll callers or leads, and it does not authorize a business to send customer follow-up, marketing, promotional, recurring, or automated text messages.

How account holders opt in

1. Sign in to an authenticated LeadHold business account.
2. Verify possession of the destination mobile number through Twilio Verify.
3. Open Settings > Notifications and select SMS.
4. Affirmatively select the unchecked control labeled “I agree to receive recurring LeadHold new-lead text notifications.”

The disclosure next to that control identifies the program and purpose, possible sanitized summary and secure link, variable message frequency, message and data rates, STOP and HELP instructions, and the applicable policies. The control is not preselected. This information page does not itself enroll anyone or record consent.

Opt out, restart, and support

Reply STOP to opt out, or turn SMS notifications off in authenticated LeadHold settings. Reply HELP for help, or email support@leadhold.co.

Initial opt-in is not accepted by text-message keyword. After a prior STOP, START only removes the carrier-level block; it does not restore LeadHold consent. The authenticated account holder must enable SMS again in settings.
