Kaitoi Labs, Inc. operates LeadHold. This notice applies only to the recurring LeadHold owner new-lead text-notification program. It does not authorize marketing or promotional messages.
This is the sole privacy policy for this SMS messaging program. It independently describes the mobile information collected for the program, how LeadHold uses it, the limited service-provider disclosures needed to operate the program, and the choices available to recipients.
Information we collect
To operate this text-notification program, LeadHold processes:
- the mobile number verified by the LeadHold business account holder;
- the account and business identifiers needed to deliver the alert;
- the account holder's opt-in, opt-out, and consent evidence;
- message delivery, failure, and carrier-response information; and
- STOP, HELP, START, and related messaging-program events.
Secure lead links
A new-lead notification may include a single-use secure link for the intended, active LeadHold account holder. On its first valid use, the link may establish an authenticated session and open the lead that the receiving account is authorized to view. The token is consumed and removed from the browser address. Reusing the same link requires normal LeadHold authentication, and tenant and user permissions continue to restrict access. We process token status, account, business, lead, and security-event information to provide and protect this feature.
How we use this information
We use this information only to administer transactional new-lead notifications, deliver and secure the program, honor messaging choices, provide support, investigate delivery problems, and meet legal or telecommunications compliance obligations.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or transfer mobile phone numbers or text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent for marketing, advertising, lead generation, or promotional use.
Limited service-provider disclosures
We may disclose mobile information only to telecommunications aggregators, carriers, and service providers acting on our behalf when necessary to deliver, secure, or support this messaging program, or when required by law. Those providers may use the information only to perform contracted services and not for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Program choices
Participation is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies with lead activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. A subsequent START removes carrier blocking only; the authenticated account holder must separately enable SMS again in LeadHold settings before LeadHold resumes notifications.
Program scope
This program sends LeadHold account notifications only to verified, opted-in business account holders. It does not enroll callers or leads, and it does not authorize a LeadHold business customer to send customer follow-up, marketing, promotional, recurring, or automated text messages. Any future business-to-caller messaging capability would require a separate consent, registration, suppression, and privacy framework.
Retention and security
We retain messaging information only as reasonably necessary to provide the program, maintain consent and suppression evidence, resolve delivery or security issues, and comply with legal obligations. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect it, although no transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
